Air Interlacing Spin-Draw Process Heberlein庐 PolyJet-SP-2 Unique, flexible jet modules for air interlacing textile filament yarns in the spin-draw process The new PolyJet-2 jet concept enables jets of various sizes and interlacing character to be exchanged on the same holder. This triggers a quick reaction to changing market trends. Included are jet types PolyJet-SP-2HN and SP-2-PP. For all spinning processes for making textile multi-filament yarns. Uncomplicated threading from the front. Already prepared for machines with automatic threading. Protection of the high grade ceramic plates by means of a special jet housing. Free selection of coloured jet holder for identification in the spinning line, which increases production security. Simplified service and cleaning. Available as single as well as multithread jets. PolyJet-SP-2-HN Highly compact jet product program with minimum thread spacing for maximum number of threads. For state of the artspinning plants. Yarn spacing of 4 mm for jet types HN112A to HN133A. Spacing of 6 mm available for all types from HN112A to HN202A. For a high knot count, uniformity and stability. PolyJet-SP-2 PP For gentle interlacing with invisible knots. High level of uniformity achieved already at low air pressure. Also for delicate yarns such as acetate or viscose. The yarn spacing is 16 mm.
