Only Girl in the World Make Up

A step-by-step guide to getting Rihanna’s soft feminine look from the video.

Hello Pretty People! We all can’t rock the fire - red hair like her, but Rihanna’s make-up is definitely achievable. In the video her make up is hard to see since the colors are skewed, but you can tell the colors are soft and delicate. Perfect for truly feeling like the only girl in the world. I hope you have fun recreating this look and I hope my tips are helpful to you. Have fun you guys!

Give Good Face ---Audrey W.

Start with your personal foundation routine. Everyone has different preferences. Focus on covering blemishes and dark circles. You want a clean, blank canvas for your make up.

*I use a mix of foundation and moisturizer for a natural finish and set with a mineral powder. Next, apply an eyeshadow primer to your eyelids. It helps the eyeshadow last longer and it shows the color more vibrantly.

* Primers range from e.l.f. primers for a buck to the popular Urban Decay Primer Potion.

After the base, apply a soft, powder blue eyeshadow onto your lid. You should apply in a steady motion, packing it on for maximum color payoff.

* This blue is from a drugstore set. Mix high end with affordable.

Now, apply a matte gray onto your crease. Blend it in with the powder blue in a windshield wiper motion. This is a mild crease shade.

* Jane Iredale Singles in Smokey Grey

A. Take a flesh toned shadow and sweep it above the gray to blend it with your skin. B. Apply a slightly pearlized beige color to the brow bone and a mild highlight.

Apply kohl pencil eyeliner to your top lashline and your waterline. It gives a softer look than liquid eyeliner. Follow up by applying mascara to your top and bottom lashes.

*This is what the eyes look like completed. Soft, subtle and feminine,

Use a soft pink color with brown undertones to add a gentle flush to your cheeks while not being too bright and over powering.

*M.A.C. matte blush in Buff

For your lips, a nude shade with a hint of pink will work to increase sexiness while being girly.

This color is very similar to M.A.C.’s popular Velvet Teddy

Viola! This is the completed look. It’s soft, feminine and Rihanna approved!
