A Rising Tide “A rising tide lifts all boats� is one of our favorite philosophies here at the Reef. When our unique market gets busy, there is a ripple effect through all the neighborhoods and an excitement that the drought is over. Between Thanksgiving and the conclusion of Vintage Weekend, showings quadrupled! There were at least 12 sales or closings and still some irons remain in the fire. Undoubtedly the 36 price reductions in November influenced the activity, but luxury markets everywhere in the US are enjoying a bit of resurgence and the optimism is contagious here as well. Reef Cup - Andre Van Rensburg

Reef Cup fishing tournament, the next big event to follow the New Year holiday. We seem to break the catch-andrelease record every year, despite the precarious weather patterns. Returning members continue to rave over the pristine condition of our golf courses. The 2011 calendar displays how many golfing events are approaching. The Cultural Center boasts a season of star-studded entertainment that we are looking forward to. Our community continues to grow and flourish. Our next issue will be out before the President’s holiday weekend and is sure to be loaded with additional sales to report on.
