Time To Get Moving The season has kicked off well with the member-guest golf tournament and the long awaited election. 70% of Ocean Reef’s voting base showed up big to vote in person. Many were pleased with the result! Over 200 attended the movie “Wall Street� on Nov. 3rd in our beautiful Cultural Center. Our population has swelled and that means more folks looking at property and contemplating if now is the right time to make a move. With the prices rolled back to ‘02,’03, if you ever wanted to make that move, now is the time. Think outside the box; swaps and owner financing are just two ideas that are causing some action! This summer the market had at least 4 trades where waterfront owners were willing to take a move to the golf course with some cash to spare.
