Happy Thanksgiving! Welcome back for another wonderful season at Ocean Reef Club. While an unseasonably early winter has already begun to affect other parts of the country, the weather remains warm and gorgeous here. Real estate activity has been on the upswing, and through the end of September, we are up approximately 42% over last year’s total sales. Our new sales year begins December 1, and we’re confident that sales will continue to increase. Contributing to our confidence in the Ocean Reef real estate market is that inventory is at the lowest levels we’ve had in a while (see chart at right). Lower inventory means that prices are beginning to level, and will soon start to climb. This is the season to take advantage of some exceptional values at Ocean Reef Club, including our two bedroom condominiums which are our highest inventory category at fifty-four properties. It’s hard to believe that the holidays are almost upon us! Holiday rentals are booking up fast, so be sure to make your arrangements as soon as possible. Speaking of holidays and special events, mark your calendars for our upcoming Open House tours. Over

We hope you’ll enjoy seeing all the changes at The Club. One of our favorite updates is the new stand-up bar at The Raw Bar. It’s lovely to have a drink alongside the channel while you wait for your table. The Ocean Room and Reef Lounge were also refreshed with new colors, lighting and furniture so be sure to take time to enjoy coffee, breakfast, a cocktail or dinner. No wonder there’s such tremendous interest in real estate here. There really is no other place like it!
