Occidental Management began as an entrepreneurial venture when it purchased the historic Occidental building. Built in 1874, the property is the oldest commercial building in Wichita. Occidental’s founder, owner and CEO, Gary Oborny, began the commercial real estate start-up after finding success in his previous ventures.
