This way, we have joined the Rioja wine-making tradition with the most innovative techniques. The result is a balanced wine, with aromas of cherry and black fruits, as well as toasted and noble wood, from the ageing in French and American wine barrels. In the mouth, it has very soft tannins, with a long finish. This wine is ideal to have with your Christmas roast-beef and other roasts as well as hard cheeses."

"Our winemaking approach is always to bring out the best of each vineyard in the Stonier blend, ensuring a nice balance between the lifted aromatics and savoury tannin structure we love. We do this by 100% hand picking, gentle handling in small open fermenters and ultimately not too much new oak amongst our barrels. The Stonier Pinot Noir has some lovely cherry lift and spice, but with a darker spectrum of fruit built around savoury tannins. I love enjoying a bottle over Christmas with game birds and earthy roasted mushrooms."

"Our essence is to create a wine that shows the characteristics of the coastal area of the Maipo Valley, considering sustainable management of the vineyard to create a wine with character and a long ageing potential. Our Syrah has an opaque purple colour, aromas of dark berries, violet and black olives. I am really happy with its juicy palate with smooth tannins and a lingering spice. Christmas food matched in our home with the Syrah is fig stuffed turkey with bacon and dried fruits (plums, apricots and nuts)."
