Dr. María Asunción Asín Cabrera masinca@ull.es Main areas of research: Private international family law, EU law, nationality and immigration law. In the area of immigration law, she has specialized in the study of the competencies of the Autonomous Community of the Canaries in matters of immigration, in the analysis of the judicial framework of unaccompanied foreign immigrant minors, in family reunification law, as well as in international immigration agreements entered into by the Spanish State with countries in the African continent.
