Top scorer for Belize, Mya Musa said “I think our lack of communication makes us fail more than we should. In the beginning the crowd made us nervous but as the match advanced we felt more comfortable”. “Today we worked harder on the team’s state of mind after yesterday’s loss. I compare the players at this age as christmas trees that light up and out as the match evolves. Our best skill is serving and Belize managed to control it, I congratulate Lupita for her good job” expressed coach Edgar Callejas. Lupita Quan emphasizes in the young age of her players “they aren’t only young of age but young in sport; they get confused and upset with themselves and with each other.”
