Billing Policies – Advertisers sign an advertising contract prior to publication and are then invoiced with a copy of the publication. Deadlines – Deadline for space reservations is the 20th of the month preceding date of publication. Artwork is due on the 25th. Eligibility – Advertisers must be members in good standing with the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. Rates available for non-member businesses. Mechanical requirements

Oakland Business Review Submit your Oakland Business Review ads in digital format created in CMYK, 300 dpi, no bleed. A general guideline for type is to keep it at a minimum of 6 pt. 100% black or 14pt. medium to bold sans-serif face for type reversed out. Light serif (fine line) typefaces should be avoided. Recommended digital art should be submitted as industry standard PDF files. Adobe 4.0 (1.3) Acrobat PDF is preferred. Jpegs are also accepted. Please provide Type 1 screen and printer fonts for ads sent on disks. (This does not apply to PDFs.) TrueType fonts are not accepted. Text and font corrections cannot be made on PDFs. Obtain listings from ReferenceUSAGov ReferenceUSAGov is an internet-based reference service from the Government Division of Infogroup. The site was designed for use as a reference tool in government agencies and is continually enhanced based upon suggestions from government agencies. The ReferenceUSAGov database contains, in module format, detailed information on more than 14 million U.S. businesses, 89 million U.S. residents, 855,000 U.S. health care providers, 1.5 million Canadian businesses, and 12 million Canadian households. Other modules include CorpTech and OneSource. Agencies may customize the product by purchasing one or more modules. Cost – 25 cents per listing
