By focusing on the 300 codes, it is possible to identify the areas which were discussed most frequently by survey respondents, and to gain a sense of the ‘weighting’ of the various issues. Some of the comments, like those in code 301, are facts about the numbers of women in senior and management positions relative to men. In other cases, particular processes and other issues that are deemed to be contributing to gender inequity in pay and rewards are identified.
