The issue A concerning number of men and women have experienced bullying, harassment, discrimination and other inappropriate behaviour, and there is a high level of dissatisfaction about how complaints are handled. Desired outcome Massey University facilitates and provides a safe working environment for all staff, free from bullying, harassment, discrimination and other inappropriate behaviour, and that any complaints are satisfactorily resolved.
