Sponsorship Brief The Professionals Salespersons Conference is our annual event, where we bring together our top performing sales consultants from throughout New Zealand, as well as our Owners and Managers. This year we are adding a Black Tie National Awards event and also including continuing education hours to meet new regulatory requirements. We therefore anticipate a significant increase in numbers attending. We invite your consideration of this information pack and the opportunity to join us over these two days.

30th & 31st May 2012 Sky City, Auckland Benefits of Sponsorship Our conference offers you the only opportunity this year to meet with large numbers of our owners, managers and sales consultants, who will often be your final target audience. The ability to meet and build rapport with these individuals, gather a database to maintain contact throughout the year, make available special product offers, highlight benefits and distinguish changes in your service - all under one roof, is an invaluable and cost effective networking opportunity.

$15,000 +GST A full 12 month business partnership offering: • Ongoing exposure of your brand and its relationship with Professionals on our website and email signature • An invitation for two to our PMW (Principals and Managers Workshop) held in September. This includes attendance to all sessions except any “Principals only” sessions that may arise • An invitation for two to our annual Salesperson Conference (30th & 31st May). You are welcome to sit on any of the sessions and hear from our guest speakers • An invitation for two to our Black Tie Awards evening, dinners/drinks and associated entertainment • Key event naming rights for our Salesperson Conference • Inclusion of branding on all conference material – as a key business partner • The opportunity to give a presentation to our conference delegates • The opportunity to have a manned or unmanned booth over the two days to display signage, product samples, brochures and any other promotional material you choose to exhibit. Those attending the conference will be able to visit your stand at morning and afternoon tea breaks and lunches. A representative of your company should be available during these break times to provide a presence on the stand, answer questions and provide information to those attending the conference • Exclusivity as a Business Partner at the Red Star level with respect to any of your competitors – first in first served!

Ian Barnes Ian has been in the real estate industry since 2002 and in this time Ian Barnes has been at the top of his game for sales success, winning industry, State and National awards. Ian is a practitioner, not a theorist or an arithmetician. Ian has achieved and been awarded the level of Grandmaster for 5 times since 2005, Master Sales person, and been awarded National Sales person of the Year twice within the Leading Agents of Australia Group. (LAA) Ian is refreshingly authentic, real, and original. Renowned for his passionately direct and honest style and “no nonsense� methods, with an ability to say things in a way that make the point in a refreshingly relevant way. His materials and style are practical, authentic and implementable. Ian teaches the path to achieving Sales Mastership and all of the associated rewards and privileges that accompany massive success. Ian’s teaching are as relevant as ever, as they are exactly what Ian has done and is still doing. They have worked in a pre-boom sellers market and a post bust buyers market. Tom Hector Tom Hector is what some would describe as a real estate prodigy. Starting his career at the age of 18, Tom has developed into a dynamic and passionate young salesperson and auctioneer. Tom took out the 2008 South Australian Auction Idol Competition and has not looked back since. As one of Harris Real Estate’s top Property Consultants and Auctioneers, He understands the challenges younger practitioners face in the real estate industry and thrives on sharing his story with others. Tom is keenly sought after as a professional speaking having presented at conferences and events such as Ignite in Brisbane and Perth and most recently Tom was asked to speak at the Business Leaders Conference by The Real Estate Academy where he received rave reviews. A strong work ethic, dedication and a positive attitude has ensured Tom has stayed at the top of his game. Tom speaks with a knowledge and passion for Real Estate that is clearly demonstrated in all of his presentations. Adam is a member of the New Zealand Disabled Ski Team and was a member of the NZ Paralympic Ski Team representing NZ at the 2006 Paralympics in Italy 2006. Adam was born with a disability called Spina Bifida. Luckily he is mobile and able to walk, which in most cases Spina Bifida leaves people in a wheelchair. Adam’s life is full of challenge, success, and adventure and is a reminder to us all that no matter what, it’s all about attitude, self belief and a bit of hard work thrown in for good measure!

Mark Sumich With 20 years in the industry, Mark has extensive experience in selling and leasing residential and commercial property, auctioneering and training. After being judged NZ’s top auctioneer in 2007 he went on to become the first Kiwi to win the Australasian title and has gone on to win it twice more! A dynamic speaker ready to entertain and inform us all.

Lisa Tamati Lisa is an extreme ultra runner who has achieved what very few can claim… she is a dynamic and motivating speaker who leaves her audience inspired to achieve their own personal dreams; to conquer their own "Death Valley" so to speak. She is proof that you don’t have to be an extraordinarily gifted athlete to do extraordinary things and that whatever you put your mind to you can achieve. Her impossible is nothing and never say die attitude is infectious.
