Coffee drinking is a growing trend “ I really enjoyed the one week barista course. It went into the background of coffee and the making of coffee in a great amount of depth. It was only a short course, but very intense and I learnt a huge amount, both practical and theoretical. I think having this City & Guilds qualification will definitely help me get a job in a café.” Atsuya Sato (Japan)
