Troops Host TAG in Bagram BAGRAM, AFGHANISTAN -- New York National Guard Command Sgt. Major Frank Wicks and Maj. Gen. Patrick Murphy, the Adjutant General, pose with members of HHC 427th Brigade Support Battalion during a visit to Afghanistan Oct. 13-19. The two leaders met Soldiers and Airmen from Co.
