In an effort to make sure the wedding of your dreams comes true, Eventista Productions brings you the Wedding Xpress, a special event production service which allows couples to be married according to their budget’s allowance.   The Wedding Xpress offers the luxury of an intimate ceremony and reception without the hassle and headache of planning a wedding and often extreme costs associated with having a traditional wedding. In just two and a half hours you both will create a lifetime of memories. Every Wedding Xpress couple will receive premium planning services from our staff who are committed to helping our clients create and produce a spectacular production on their wedding day. With our extreme hands-on approach, the only think we ask of you is to arrive with your gown and groom and to enjoy your perfect day.   Our packages, starting at only $1500.00*, provides you with both the ceremony and reception locations, complete with lavish décor. Each wedding ceremony will last 30 minutes with two hours dedicated to the reception for a total wedding time of two and a half hours. Additionally, the Wedding Xpress includes all of the elements of a traditional wedding, including cake cutting, first dance, and the bouquet toss. These and other elements combine to create a collective moment that the bride, groom, and up to 80 guests will be able to share and celebrate, free of monetary concerns. There is no easier way to plan a wedding while providing you with affordable luxury than the Wedding Xpress!


The  Xpress  Ceremony  &  Reception Enjoy a beautiful thirty-minute ceremony with seating for a minimum of 20 and maximum of 80 guests, decorated ceremonial space complete with aisle runner, decorated ceremony arch or columns, fabulous floral décor, and elegant drapery as a ceremony back drop. For your ceremony, we also supply an Officiant or Minister to conduct your wedding vows. Officiant’s fees are included in the package price. A reception rich in elegance and style will follow the close of the wedding ceremony. The reception space includes ballroom seating for up to 80 guests, a sweet heart** table exclusively for the bride & groom, separate cake and gift tables, sparkling cider toast for the bride and groom, as well as a professional wedding director by your side ensuring perfection in all aspects of your wedding day. Each reception will include distinct elements of a traditional wedding including a wedding toast, first dance and bouquet toss.


Xpress  Catering The Wedding Xpress does not provide catering for your reception, however we have preferred caterers for an additional fee and outside catering is acceptable, alcoholic beverages are not allowed. Our preferred caterers are fully licensed and insured and you will have a choice of two very affordable and delicious menus packages. Your options for your catered buffet include a choice of “Tapas” or “Heavy Hors D'oeuvres”, menu. Please note catering is NOT included in the standard package, this option is to be added at an additional cost per person. Please see coordinator for catering options. Choose 1 Appetizer Cucumber, Tomato & Red Onion Salad- Crisp Rosemary Chicken Pinwheels- Rosemary Shredded Cucumbers, Ripe Tomatoes & Sweet Red Onions Chicken, Cream Chees & Mushrooms. Pasta Salad- Tri Color Pasta, Red Bell Peppers & Black Marvelous Meatballs- Turkey Meatballs smothered in Olives BBQ Sauce/ Sweet & Sour Sauce or Gravy. Carrot & Raisin Salad- Sweet Baby Carrots, Sun Ripened Scallop Bacon Wrap- Tender Scallops wrapped in Bacon. Raisins & Pineapples Cesar Spinach Dip- Classic Cesar Dressing, Parmesan Cheese & Spinach. The  Xpress  Package The  Xpress  Standard  is  our  standard  package,  sure  to  be  a  great  option  for  the  budget  savvy  bride  and  groom.  You  can  have  an affordable,  luxurious  wedding  with  the  option  to  customize  by  adding  our  aGractive  a  la  carte  options.    For  just  $1500*  every couple  will  receive: •  Venues  for  both  your  wedding  ceremony  &  reception   •  Standard  ceremony  décor  (See  Décor  Package)   •  Standard  reception  décor  (See  Décor  Package) •  Officiant/Minister  to  perform  the  civil  ceremony •  Sparkling  toast  for  the  bride  and  groom  to  celebrate  their  union •  Standard  artificial  flower  bridal  bouquet,  plus  two  additional  artificial  flower  bridal  party  bouquets •  Standard  silk  groom  boutonniere,  plus  two  additional  silk  boutonnieres •  Sweet  heart  table**  (check  availability) •  Separate  cake  and  gift  tables •  Personal Wedding Consultant •  Pre-Recorded Musical Accompaniment •

•  Complimentary Dessert Bar or Wedding Cake   *The  Xpress  Standard  wedding  packages  starts  at  $1500.00*  for  weddings  conducted  Friday’s  and  Sunday’s. **Not  offered  at  all  reception  locations   Event Coordination & Consulting Our  Xpress  Standard  package  also  includes  a  Wedding  Xpress  professional  wedding  director  to  assist  you  in  the  weeks  prior  to your  wedding  day.  He  or  she  is  devoted  to  providing  complete  Planning  and  coordination  of  your  wedding,  including,  but  not limited  to:  creating  an  event  timeline,  providing  etiqueGe  advice,  recommending  vendors,  finalizing  schedules,  Overseeing  your wedding  party  and  guest  list,  and  on  site  wedding  and  reception  coordination


Xpress  Standard  Decor The Wedding Xpress allows you to choose from three different décor options for your wedding. All you have to do is select your “look.” Our floral design team, Floral Matters, has developed three fabulous décor options that we are sure you will love. Once you have determined your “look,” you will receive the a bridal bouquet with 2 additional bridesmaids bouquets, a groom boutonniere with 2 additional groomsman boutonnieres, and reception centerpieces for your perfect day.   Choose Your Look: Traditional: All White Roses and Hydrangea Modern: White and Green Orchids Glam: All Red Roses with Rhinestone Detail

General Considerations: All floral designs are created with silk flowers. Floral items are rental items and must be returned at the end of each wedding event. The option to purchase your wedding bouquet(s) and boutonniere(s) are available at an additional cost. Each Wedding Xpress client is responsible for the care of all rental items from undue damage or theft until they are retrieved by Wedding Express/Floral Matters in the condition they were received. Any items damaged or not returned will be billed at full replacement costs to the bride via Wedding Express. Any additional items or fresh floral items will be priced separately and will be billed directly by the vendor.
