We are represented as your “Event Planner” for your rehearsal and on your event day. You meet with us three to four weeks in advance to discuss your specific plans. We take all of your information and coordinate with you and your vendors exactly what is necessary to make your event go exactly as planned. The details of your event should be pre-selected for this package. This package starts $499 and up and includes 8 hours of day of event management. Full Service Event Planning This package provides our unlimited assistance from the initial consultation to on site coordinator for your event. We work side by side with you to go over all the details that will make your wedding fabulous. We take all steps to ensure that your caterers, florist, photographers, musicians, officiate, venue, etc. bring professionalism, uniqueness and quality service to your event that will set it apart from the ordinary. We will help you select the right vendors for your wedding, help you with the design of your event and confirm every detail with your vendors. We will ensure that every aspect of your event flows seamlessly and according to your specifications. Our Full Service Wedding Packages include orchestration of both the ceremony and reception with two additional on-site wedding coordinators available to you and your guests throughout the ceremony and reception. From helping you and your bridesmaids get ready for pre-ceremony pictures to packing away your gifts while you mingle with your guests, we will conscientiously and unobtrusively orchestrate the logistics of your day. When all of the planning is finished and your wedding day arrives, you'll feel like a guest at your own wedding. This package starts at $899 and up and includes over 120 hours of pre event planning time and 8 hours of day of event management. The Planning DIVA The Planning DIVA is a Do It Yourself event planning consulting series provided by Eventista Productions that will teach you how to plan your next event like the pros! Whether you’re planning a wedding, anniversary, networking or social event, even a diner party at home The Planning DIVA tools and resources will provide you with all of the information needed to execute your next event without a hitch. Planning DIVA Lite- $149 10 hours of event consulting via phone and or email. Assistance with planning 1 event Access to 2-3 planning resource tools, i.e. vendor contracts, budget trackers, timelines, venue research, and vendor research etc. Planning DIVA – Premium- $249 20 hours of event consulting via phone, email, audio/video conferencing Assistance with planning up to 2 events Access to 2-3 planning resource tools, i.e. vendor contracts, budget trackers, general timelines Customized vendor and venue research and appropriate contacts. Planning DIVA Ultra- $399 40 hours of event consulting via phone, email, video conferencing and up to 4 face to face meetings Assistance with planning up to 3 events Unlimited access and unlimited customization of event planning resource and research tools.

The Wedding Xpress offers a wonderful standard package deal, which includes complete coordination of the ceremony, reception, venue, food, minister/officiate, and décor and are conducted in a 12-hour day with each couple receiving 2.5 hours to conduct their ceremony and reception. !
Finding Eve Soul Café is a monthly Christian club where mature Christian Men, Women, Married or Single have an outlet to interact and socialize via live Christian entertainment, food, fellowship and fun. The café was founded on the principle of Proverbs 18:22 “a man that finds a wife finds a good thing", and our goal is to provide an opportunity for Christians to socialize in a wholesome and mature environment without the drawbacks of the common nightlife activities.
