Equipment: IEM HMS-CS Software Noted Symptom: Software gives error ‘Atomic Performing Failed’ Information & Recommended Action: This error is cause by the margin settings on the printer being too high. In order to resolve the message you need to change the margin settings to ‘0’ and click ‘OK’. This can be done by opening the patient in HMS-CS and then going to the printer tab and clicking ‘Page format. This will cause the software to revert back to the printer defaults and resolve the issue.
