There is a belief that there has been a significant material error There existed extenuating circumstances which affected your performance of which the Assessors had not been made aware when the assessment decisions were taken or which were not available as evidence when your course was terminated, and from which you were prevented from submitting at the appropriate time

There is new evidence which did not exist or was not available at the time of the disciplinary process The penalty imposed is not considered to reflect the circumstances of the case
