 Classes always begin  with stretching exercise. 


HOW IT AFFECTS THE BODY      Gymnastics can affect your body by making your  muscles strong and you become very healthy and  very flexible.  If you’re not careful and if you don’t pay attention,  you may hurt yourself.  Gymnastics also gets your blood pumping.    PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, pretty please make sure  that your child eats healthy. It’s OK to have a junk 

food once in a while.
