SCOPE OF WORK: Demolition of existing waterproof deck coating, installation of new waterproof deck coating, installation of new STO EIFS System over existing stucco system, installation of new prefinished sheet metal parapet and cap lashings, removal and reinstallation of exterior mounted fixtures, removal and reinstallation of all exterior hand rails, removal and reinstallation of hydronic piping insulation.
