DESIGN STUDIO MODELS SketchUp | Tourist Information Centre Design II

At the meeting place between past and future stands the Tourist Information centre for Algonquin National Park. This solution blends the historical wig-wams of the First Nations people with futuristic glass and metal structures. Copper cladding ages to a speckled look that blends in with the surroundings. Skylights wash the floor with natural lighting. Software used: SketchUp.

Model | Thinktuary Design I

Model | Thinktuary Design I

The thinktuary used artistic themes to create a meditative space for a songwriter. Maynard James Keenan’s work explores ascension, focused energy, and seeing the world in colour, rather than black and white. The journey to the destination has meaning, and is an important part of the creative process.

GARAGE DESIGN BUILD

Stolte Garage | Design Build Summer 2011

WALL SCONCE

An interest in green roofs, architecture and construction came together when designing my own garage. Spatial constraints, zoning bylaws, utility lines and budget all influenced the design. Stolte Garage | Custom Light Winter 2012
