This is a 24-month programme in the EADS Corporate Young Management Development Programmes portfolio, offering successful candidates a fast track to start their career. Although this is not a specific Masters programme, applicants with a Masters degree would be sought after (provided they also meet the other required criteria). Outside of the PROGRESS programme, the Company also looks for graduates with outstanding academic results in areas such as electronics, information technology and economics as well as an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting. These candidates should go to the jobs database at Direct Entry  to find out about challenging assignments in the various fields and areas of business at EADS. The company’s online eRecruiting tool is used for recruiting direct entries, experienced candidates, recent graduates, interns and apprentices. Candidates interested in working within the EADS organisation should apply online, register in the candidate pool and create / ‘release’ their profile. Applications can be made either by directly applying to specific open positions (EADS recommend that applicants create and ‘release’ their profile so that the Company can consider them for other suitable positions as well) or applying to their 'Experienced', 'Recent Graduates', 'Interns' or typical EADS profiles. Applications will be registered in the general candidate pool and applicants will be contacted as soon as a suitable position opens up. The application period for PROGRESS 2013 is now open. Candidates can submit their application until 31 January 2013. Closing dates for direct entry positions are specific to each individual vacancy. PROGRESS is open to all international (EU and non-EU) candidates within any age range, as long as they fulfill the required criteria. Direct entry positions are subject to availability.
