Egg Hunt ► Extra Activity: Making S’mores


Easter Games: Egg on a Spoon ► ► ►

Divide the children into teams of 2-4 Give each team a spoon and an egg (real or plastic) The children put the egg on the spoon and carry it to their teammate on the other side of the court. The game continues until all team members finish. If someone drops the egg, they must return to where they started.


Easter Games: Egg Toss

Children stand in two lines facing each other On the count of 3, they throw the egg to their partner. If they drop the egg, they are eliminated. After each throw, everyone takes one step back. The last pair to drop their egg wins.

Put the children in pairs. Give each pair an egg (plastic works better) The children must put the egg between their heads and walk together to the other side of the court. If the egg falls, they can pick it up and continue The first pair to the finish wins.

Easter Egg Hunt ► Preparation:

 Print and laminate eggs and baskets  Create a list of directions for the children to find the eggs  Hide the eggs around the school or playground

Divide the children in the groups of 4. Give the group the directions to find the eggs. The auxiliar can go with the group to help if needed. Rehide the eggs after each group.

are s’mores?

 A traditional camping dessert from the US ► Are

s’mores connected with Easter?  No, but they are fun to teach in the Spring because the children can make them with their families while camping or at a calçotada.
