prosperity Envisioned to be Dubai’s foremost urban center, Jumeirah Garden City is a massive urban renewal project over 1.000ha of land and a gross density of 1.03. It is predominantly a mixed use development with a target population of 240,000 densifying the area into a truly metropolitan zone. Located between financial district along Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai’s celebrated beachfront, the site offers a lot of opportunities of strategic importance, reinvigorating an urban area to its optimum development potential and creating a skyline that shall rival that of famous metropolitan cities.

Similar to all Dubai projects with unprecedented features, Meydan City strives to deliver high-density plots, lushly landscaped public realms and promenades. The project ventures to set a new standard for developments, pushing current planning and building standards beyond its limits to provide a spectacular and endearing streets and a lively community. The main tasks I undertook are conceptual planning, parcellization, development statistics, coordination of planning documents with the respective authorities and consultants, and detailed plot guidelines
