Sally Byrd | First Citizens Bank Sally is Vice President at First Citizens Bank and has been in banking management for over thirty years. In addition to her work with First Citizens Bank, Sally has long been involved in the community volunteering for more than thirty years. In late 2015, Governor Rick Scott appointed Ms. Byrd as the Commissioner of the Palm Beach County Housing Authority Board, she immediately was nominated by the board members as the Board Chair through December 2017. Senior Director of Resale Operations since 2003 raising funds to support hospice patient/family programs and services that are not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or private insurances. We accomplish this through donations of furniture, house wares, clothing, jewelry, art work, vehicles and other misc. items. We sell from our three resale shops located in Palm Beach County and a car lot in Loxahatchee. We have free pick up of large items 6 days a week and have the assistance of approximately 130 volunteers to help us accomplish our goals. We are celebrating our 30 year anniversary contributing much needed funds helping to support our families in Palm Beach County.
