Hello from all of us at ImageWear! I don’t know about you, but lately, I’ve found myself doing a lot of reflecting. Maybe it’s the challenges we’ve all experienced over the last two years, Whatever it is, all I know is that things that used to feel pretty ordinary now feel somehow extraordinary. (Things like grabbing dinner with a friend, attending a concert, catching a baseball game, spending time with my extended family.) As I contemplate what each of these things has in common, what I come up with is this: relationships. It’s all about relationships. That’s the glue that holds everything together, and makes life worth living. And as I realize this, I can’t help but feel grateful for our relationships with you, our customers. Without you, ImageWear can’t exist. We can’t grow. And we certainly can’t thrive. When you get in touch with what really matters, it can’t help but inform your company’s core values. I’m now more convinced than ever that our core value at ImageWear is win-win relationships. If this is what it’s really all about (and it is), then your success is our success, and our success is yours. There are two ways we strive to walk this talk. First, by remaining true to our mission of being industry leaders at providing you and your patients with premium eyewear, without the premium price. Second, by partnering with top brands that have consistently driven innovative design while standing the test of time. (Some of our biggest bragging rights lie in the fact that we’ve formed brand partnerships that are now in their fifth decade!) In closing, I would like to paraphrase a quote from Mahatma Gandhi that reflects how I feel about you, our customers: Our customers are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them.
