Monica with Nouveau Events was amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations and helped me bring my vision for my wedding to life. Leading up to the wedding day, Monica was with me step by step, helping with decisionmaking, to guest management, to dealing with vendors. If there were any issues on my wedding day, I didn't know about them. Monica took care of everything and I was able to relax and just enjoy the day. I could not have asked for anything more. Monica was my day of coordinator on a not so easy day to work with. We got married hours after a tropical storm came through our town! What a mess! Monica and her associates went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. Setup was no easy task when all had to be done hours before the ceremony. Chic Package DAY-OF-WEDDING COORDINATION ONLY Starting at $ 650 Best for: The bride who has overseen details of planning the wedding herself and now wishes to turn over all the final details and logistics of her big day to a professional. Your first initial consultation will be one month prior to your wedding day. At this time, your consultant will finalize all logistics with vendors, assist in planning all aspects of rehearsal, ceremony and reception, and create a detailed wedding day itinerary for all vendors, family members, and the bridal party to ensure that you wedding day flows smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.

Before the wedding we will provide . . . -Meeting with you and your fiancÊ to understand your vision for the wedding day and how you wish it to look and flow -Obtain all vendors contracts -Contact all vendors and inform them of Nouveau’s assistance -Confirm all vendors contract details (deliveries, set-up times, any pick-ups or returns, etc.) -Liaison with all contracted vendors to clear up any misunderstandings and verify all wedding day needs - Visit to both the ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding -Meeting with reception venue coordinator and caterer to discuss wedding day itinerary -Development of a detailed wedding timeline, itinerary and floor plan for contracted vendors and the bridal party -Follow up telephone calls to the contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before the wedding day and day before -Wedding Rehearsal supervision and coordination -Detailed wedding day schedule and itinerary delivered to the bridal party and family at Rehearsal -Advice for wedding day etiquette and protocol -Pickup of all personal items for the Wedding Day from the family and transporting them to the ceremony and reception venue


On the day of the wedding we will provide . . . -On-site coordination and supervision at the ceremony site and during the reception on the day of your wedding -Address any issues that may arise during on the Wedding Day -Hiring an additional assistants when needed, determined by the size of the wedding -Delivery of wedding gown to the ceremony site -Detailed wedding day timelines for wedding vendors, venue and banquet staff -Set up of chairs, arch, aisle runner, candles, programs, etc. at the ceremony site -Set up and decoration of reception area, including chairs, tables, and linens -Set up of guest book, place cards, engagement photos, bridal portrait, menus, candles, favors, etc. at reception site -Supervision of all vendor delivery and set up on day of wedding at ceremony and reception site, as well as any interference needed -Assist bride and wedding party in dressing room prior to ceremony -Organization and distribution of all personal wedding flowers -Behind the scene event management and troubleshooting, including our Wedding Day Emergency Kit -Coordination and timing of ushers, house party, attendants, bride and groom -Assistance with photographer order of pictures after the ceremony -Transport of personal items (and even flower arrangements) from the ceremony to the reception -Bustling of the wedding gown and arrangement of refreshments upon couple’s arrival to reception -Coordination of presentation of the bride and groom -Coordination of entertainment and all announcements of events (first dance, dances with family, champagne toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.) -Monitoring of specially requested photographs and videography during the reception -Supervision of bride and groom exit and passing out exit favors to guests After the wedding we will provide . . . -Pickup and return of all personal items to the family at the end of the evening (gifts, cake topper and top of cake, bride’s bouquet, couple’s toasting glasses, cake serving utensils, etc.) -Return of all rental items including cake boards, linens, furniture, easels, etc. -Check up on Mr. and Mrs. upon returning from the honeymoon to answer any lingering questions


Je T ’aime Package DÉCOR & CONCEPT PLANNING + DAY OF COORDINATION STARTING AT $1200 Best for: The bride who ventured into wedding planning on her own and suddenly realizes that she needs the creative ideas, guidance, support and knowledge of planning beautiful weddings on a limited budget that only we can provide for her. Before the wedding we will provide . . . -Meeting with you and your fiancé to understand your vision for the wedding day and how you wish it -Unlimited meetings, phone calls, and emails to plan and evaluate all wedding details - Visit to both the ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding -Assistance with event design, theme and décor concept development. -Décor personalized to the couple including invitations, floral design, stationary, favors, table design, etc. -Reviewing of all vendor contracts and monitoring of all vendor obligations -Coordination of stuffing, stamping, addressing and mailing of wedding invitations -Advice on wedding traditions, etiquette and protocol -Assistance with all wedding stationary including Save the Dates, Invitations, RSVPs, Place Cards, Menus, Programs, etc. -Development of floor plan and seating chart for wedding day -Planning of ceremony and reception schedules, pew seating, processional and recessional -Development of a detailed wedding timeline, itinerary and floor plan for contracted vendors and the bridal party -Distribution of detailed wedding itineraries to all wedding vendors -Obtain all vendors contracts -Contact all vendors and inform them of Nouveau Event’s assistance -Confirm all vendors contract details (deliveries, set-up times, any pick-ups or returns, etc.)
