Our Bursary Scheme At the YMCA we have a commitment to increasing children’s participation in healthy activity across the whole of Nottinghamshire. Our bursary scheme is part of this commitment. If your family are experiencing financial difficulty or have circumstances beyond your control which may prevent your children from joining in at YMCA Day Camps, please contact us on 0115 711 7006 to chat with our team and we may be able to help. To apply, we will ask you to submit a written form, which we can e-mail or post to you. All bursaries are partially paid, meaning as the parent/carer we will ask you to contribute to your child’s place, but only as much as you can afford. If successful in your application, the YMCA will subsidise the remainder of your camp fees and invite your child to our camp for the dates you specified in your application. The YMCA’s contributions come from a group of trust funders who specifically donate their money for the purpose of the Day Camps bursary scheme. To apply for a bursary, please contact us on 0115 711 7006 or email us at ymcadaycamps@nottsymca.org.
