Dual-Speed Motor provides the high heat needed for roasting and air frying, with a lower speed that is needed for more delicate baking. Increased our current wattage by 400 watts to deliver an even more powerful 3800-Watt heating element behind the convection fan. We’ve gone from two fans to a new completely redesigned single 11-blade convection fan which is more aerodynamic, resulting in a much quieter convection fan. New convection cover has been designed to reduce air constriction, which creates pressure and bursts of unbalanced air in the oven cavity and better optimizes airflow, resulting in more even baking throughout the entire cooking process.
