General Sessions and Tours

The general sessions and tours are a drop-in for you to see and hear more about Northumbria University and to visit our accommodation. If you feel that you don’t need to see any of the general sessions and tours then we recommend that you arrive by 15.30 for the start of the subject sessions.

(Our information desk will remain open here throughout the event until 18.30 for any last minute questions, or if you want help to firmly accept your offer from Northumbria University.)

Funding Your Undergraduate Study

An opportunity to find out information about applying for UK* undergraduate student funding, maximising your income, as well as guidance on budgeting.

*Non-UK students can get advice at the Student Support and Wellbeing Stand in the Central Exhibition.

Results Day - How Confirmation and Clearing Works

We know Results Day can be a nervous time, so take advantage of this short session detailing how Confirmation and Clearing works in practice, how best to prepare for it and busting the jargon.

Campus Tour – approx. 45-minute walking tour – please note this tour does not take you inside Sport Central, the Library or Students’ Union, separate tours of these facilities are available.

On arrival at the event you will receive your own Personalised Programme which outlines the location and timings of the different subject sessions. This overview allows you to plan your day and travel before you arrive should you only wish to attend the subject sessions.
