Mood Disorders Support Group

The Family Resource Center provides education, support and resources for children, teens, adults and professionals through our behavioral health library, conferences, workshops and monthly Family Rounds presentations. We are open weekdays, from 1 to 4 p.m. All programs are open to everyone. You do not need to be an NSMC patient. 2018 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programs These mindfulness-based stress reduction programs will teach adults, teens, children and clinicians how to cope with stress and integrate mindfulness into everyday life. Participants learn to: • Recognize stress and develop healthy responses to stressful situations

and life challenges. • Cultivate health and resiliency through mindfulness, meditation and mindful movement. • Increase energy, compassion, health and well-being. Program Listings NEW!
