Mood Disorders Support Group

The Family Resource Center provides education support and resources for children, teens, adults and professionals. Our Family Rounds lecture series is offered the third Thursday of every month, September to May. This brown bag lunch presentation is free and open to all. We are open to the local community and region.

2019 Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programs Our mindfulness-based stress reduction programs teach adults, teens, children and clinicians how to cope with stress and integrate mindfulness into everyday life. Participants learn to: • Recognize stress and develop healthy responses to stressful situations

and life challenges. • Cultivate health and resiliency through mindfulness, meditation and mindful movement.
