By creating a business-friendly environment, our advocacy efforts benefit not just builders, but entire communities

As the 2025 Chairman of the Northshore Home Builders Association, I am thrilled to share our first annual Sponsor Catalog! We now have a more efficient, structured, and consistent way to manage sponsorship opportunities and sponsor benefits. I believe this is a WIN-WIN opportunity for both members and the association.

A Sponsor Catalog gives members a comprehensive menu of marketing opportunities FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR IN ONE PLACE. It allows for planning of budgets and marketing efforts ahead of time, selecting the opportunities that align best with their business goals.

A Sponsor Catalog benefits NHBA as it eliminates the repetitive process of finding sponsors for each event, saving time and administrative effort by streamlining the internal planning process for the association. It helps with reliable revenue to execute HIGH-QUALITY PROGRAMS AND EVENTS. It also reminds us that the strength of NHBA ties in closely with the strength of our members and community.

As we embark on a new year, 2025 is already shaping up to be an incredible chapter for the Northshore Home Builders Association and our valued members. This is a time for RENEWED ENERGY, EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES, AND SHARED GROWTH as we build a stronger community and industry together!
