Mission Statement of North Valley Seventh Day Adventist Church To make disciples for Jesus Christ by evangelizing the Roanoke Valley with the everlasting gospel in the context of the three angels’ messages.

Parents, keep in mind our Mother’s Room at the rear of the sanctuary. There is comfortable seating, as well as a window and a speaker so you can still enjoy the service if you need to take your child from the sanctuary.

Visit the North Valley updated website! We have a professionally designed site that includes church news, Bible study helps, our events calendar, and pages for the ministries and departments in our church. Go to

There will be a fellowship dinner immediately following the service today, and we just love it when visitors join us! The food and fellowship are always wonderful.

We would like every person to bring a can or box of non-perishable food to church with you every Sabbath to be placed in a basket in the foyer. We need to fill up our food pantry as quickly as possible!!! Thanks for all your help, and may God richly bless our efforts.

Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.” 18 And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” --Luke 10: 17-20 17
