GROUP KICK

This fusion of martial arts and boxing movements will kick your cardio fitness to the next level while defining and shaping your body and self confidence.

FIT BALL

BOXING

Combines impact and cardiovascular training. Feel the adrenaline as you push your body to the limits. Cotten inners required.

CROSS-TRAIN

A strength and conditioning program that uses a combination of equipment and body weight to increase fitness. All levels are welcome to this high intensity workout.

FAT BURNER

is a low-impact aerobic class combining simple, repetitive movements that are as easy to follow to get the heart rate into the “fat burning zone”. It will also help increase cardiovascular fitness. Zumba® Fitness classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international dance music. It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating. Get fit and see your energy levels soar!

PULSES

is a class combining simple movements that are as easy as walking. There is no running, fast Wear loose, comfortable clothing and walking shoes.

MIND & BODY CLASSES: these classes will decrease stress, increase your flexibility, increase joint mobility, improve posture and help you centre yourself in this busy world.  GROUP Grow longer and stronger as your explore this journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Iyengar Yoga

STRENGTH CLASSES: whether you’re a regular weight trainer or a newby, these classes will help you to increase your strength in a safe way and tone up! GROUP POWER

This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with great music and awesome instructors.

BODY SCULPT

The entire body will be sculpted and toned using a combination of resistance excercises including bar, hand held weights and the body’s own weight to shape and define every muscle group.

ABS, BUNS This class starts with a fat-burning warm up before progressing to conditioning exercises for the & THIGHS Abs, Buns, Thighs and Hips. (Do this class for shape and tone) HOT ABS

Crunch, curl and twist your way to awesome abs! (Do this class for a six pack)

Pilates focuses on core muscle strength and spinal alignment using resistance exercise performed on the floor. Iyengar Yoga will improve overall felxibility, muscle tone and general vitality. Attention is given to timing, sequencing and alignment of poses. It is one of the most widely practiced styles of yoga.

A Vinyasa Flow Yoga practice that builds strength of mind and body. The synchronization of breath to flowing movements increases stamina, strength & flexibility whilst minimising injury Vinyasa Flow and stress.

CYCLE CLASSES: these classes performed on stationary bikes will increase cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and improve leg strength whilst being low-impact on your joints. GROUP RIDE

CYCLE

is the freestyle alternative class that contains five core movements: Seated Flat, Standing Flat, Jumps, Seated Climb and Standing Climb with some more advanced moves.
