Hatha Yoga

is a slow-paced class with simple stretches, breathing exercises and a meditation to finish. You will learn basic poses & relaxation techniques.

is a class for the more advanced bellydancer. It combines stepping, style and choreography. uses a unique method of body control and conditioning. It stretches and strengthens the muscles and improves balance and flexibility.

is a combination of Hatha yoga & Meditative yoga. You will practice mindfulness of the body through guided meditation, yoga poses & deep relaxation. has the same goals & objectives as Hatha yoga, but it is a little deeper It targets connective tissues such as ligaments, bones & joints that we sometimes miss.

Tai Chi

is an ancient form of martial arts that you can physically and mentally benefit from. It delivers a sense of calm and strength.

Pulses Modern DANCE

is a class designed for people with heart conditions. It uses gentle and light paced activity that can increase your fitness & mobility. develops your jazz skills while learning a number of dance combinations. Jazz shoes required.

MMA

Mixed Martial Arts refers to training that incorporates a variety of authentic training techniques from martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing, Thai boxing & Jiu Jitsu. Beginners welcome.

MMA

This session will help you make amazing fitness gains whilst keeping it interesting and new. It is a class for anyone and everyone, so come and give it a go.
