CLASS DESCRIPTIONS Please bring a towel and water bottle to all classes. Please keep bags in lockers provided. HIGH INTENSITY CLASSES:: These classes are designed to take your fitness to the next level through a variety of different methods. ROOFTOP This intense session incorporates MMA Fitness and Cross-Fit training held outdoors on the rooftop of the norths WARRIOR car park. You’ll be pushed to your extreme to reach your desired goals. $10 for members, $20 for non-members. POWER The combination of speed & strength is POWER. Enhance your athletic performance with strength and WARRIOR plyometric training. Apply these essential components of fitness and become a POWER WARRIOR! This session will help you make amazing fitness gains whilst keeping it interesting and new. It is a class for MMA WARRIOR anyone and everyone, so come and give it a go. NE

PILATES

uses a unique method of body control and conditioning. It stretches and strengthens the muscles and improves balance and flexibility.

FITBALL PILATES

is a more advanced Pilates class utilising the fitball to increase core strength and stability.

HATHA YOGA

is a slow-paced class with simple stretches, breathing exercises and a meditation to finish. You will learn basic poses & relaxation techniques.

BELLYDANCE is a class for the more advanced bellydancer with stepping, style and choreography.

SPECIALTY CLASSES: Low-impact specialty classes designed for beginners and those with rehabilitative and health conditions. Also try the Active, Mind & Body or Blast classes. 

PULSES AQUA

is a class designed for people with heart conditions. It uses gentle and light paced activity that can increase your fitness & mobility. is a cardiovascuar workout in a non-impact environment. It’s great for joint problems, impact related problems and pregnancy. Swimming costume required.
