Five years ago, she and her husband relocated for work reasons from the Pacific Northwest to Connecticut. “I started posting things on Facebook about my family and our adventures over here,” she said. “I had friends encouraging me to start a
blog to expand upon those stories, so that they could get bigger doses of our experiences. I like to write.” Now, Amy posts about four times per week, around 800 words per entry. Every Thursday she puts online a crock pot recipe. “My in-laws
