The Knights of Columbus stage a national Free Throw Contest annually which begins at the local Council level. • All contestants will be presented with a Certificate of Participation and a jacket patch. A contestant’s eligibility is determined by his/her age on January 1, 2013. • The boys and girls who win in various age brackets will each receive a plaque and will be able to represent the Hennessy Council at the District level competition in February, 2013. • Entry forms can be completed on the day of the event and will be available at the gym on the day of the competition. Pre-registration is NOT REQUIRED. All contestants need the signature of a parent or designated adult to confirm age eligibility and permission to participate.

Wear your PJ’s and bring your favorite bedtime pal for a visit with Mrs. Claus who will read a special bedtime story and describe how toys are made in Santa’s workshop. Bring your list as the elves will deliver it to Santa by Reindeer Express! If we’re lucky, a “special guest” will make an appearance!

Every week, is new, different and tons of fun! Camper: Counselor Ratio is 5:1.

Are you a working parent or does your child just need fun, fun, fun? This extremely popular eight week program provides constant excitement! Clay House Number Plaque

Complete this workshop and you’ll have the most stylish house number on the block! You will have three templates to choose from. You’ll learn how to texturize the clay and how to properly attach your house numbers to your background layer. This electrifying workshop uses lots of hands-on safe experiments to explain electricity and its applications. Static electricity, piezzoelectric rocks, circuitry, electroscopes, bending water and magnetism are some of the topics covered. WORKSHOPS BY ACTING NATURALLY: Acting Naturally was created specifically to teach the technique of acting. The focus is on the method of developing a character for stage or screen. Actors are taught through improvisation, scene study & monologues the skills needed to become and sustain a believable character. Workshops provide a unique opportunity for the actor to explore and learn in a friendly, encouraging and noncompetitive atmosphere. Soccer Bugs is a child development program that combines the two most important aspects of a child’s life: play and social interaction. Our soccer-based curriculum uses age appropriate games to encourage confidence, social skills, motor skills, balance and coordination.

YOUTH SPORTS Warwick Ice Arena: Learn to Skate (ages 3-Adult)

Hot Shotz Ice Hockey (ages 15 & under) The league will consist of 1 evaluation & scrimmage night, 9 games, plus playoffs. All participants will be placed on a team based on age and rating. Players will be evaluated the first night. For all players. All players must have full equipment to play scrimmage. Each player will receive a team hockey jersey and socks. Awards will be presented. Learn to Skate is designed to teach the basic skating skills of skating the correct way, while providing a fun, family oriented atmosphere. Our goal is for skaters to achieve a proficient level of skating either for hockey, figure or recreational skating. Tots are ages 3-5 years. All tots and children under the age of 6 years of age must wear a bike or hockey helmet. - Parent pass can be purchased at rink only - Dress in layers and bring gloves and a hat - Skate rental is included in lesson fee - 30 minutes of instruction & 30 minutes of practice

Draft League - Individuals registered for this league will be drafted on teams. Play begins with a pre-season open scrimmage. Following the scrimmage, captains will draft teams of registered players only. Exhibition games will be one week later, and the regular season the next week.
