Haynes Cabinet Design treats every job as unique to create the perfect custom cabinetry for you... Haynes Cabinet Design provides a wide range of cabinet types and designs to fit your space and budget. We provide both commercial cabinetry and residential cabinetry, offering Euro-style frameless to face-frame furniture styles and everything in between. HCD custom builds kitchen cabinets, built-ins, home office, entertainment centers, commercial build-outs, and much more. We are cabinet masters with decades of experience; and can customize any style to fit your design with any finish, including stain and varnish, paint grade lacquers, glazing, highlighting, aging and distressing. At Haynes Cabinet Design, we understand that every job is unique and we treat it that way in order to create the perfect custom cabinetry for you. In short, we engineer any style, and any finish, in any construction method, into your space. nu-face-cabinetry is a system within our system. Over the years we had so many requests to update existing cabinetry, that the owner has finally developed a system that provides a quality solution to that need. We took all the best parts of our new cabinetry process, and tweaked them to create a fast and painless process for customers that choose to alter, add-on, and update their current cabinetry.

A Note from the Owner... My name is Charles Haynes, I started this business myself when I was just 21 years old, in an old metal barn on a ranch in Wildomar CA back in September of 2000. I was very green at the time, but I was determined to be the best one day. I saw other guys that owned their own cabinet companies. Some were pretty good, others were terrible. But all of them missed essential parts of the full cabinet providing service. Many companies provide a fair price, or provide a great product, and some even offer good service, but none delivered it all. As a kid that started sanding on cabinets on my first day, then traveling through every part of the process, and mastering each step, I have a unique understanding of cabinetry, and how much customizability cabinets can have. We offer all of that. We can literally manufacture anything you want, and deliver a superior product than almost any other company. But it goes deeper for me. I care a ton about customer service, and the full process of what a custom has to go through when dealing with adding onto their home or business, or even a full scale remodel, it can be stressful. For me it is not just about being patient and kind to everyone we encounter. It not only means showing up when we say we will, because you have a busy life and a busy schedule. It is also about being proactive in the training process about customer service to everyone we hire into the company. Our people care about you, of course. But our people also care about your home or business as an extension of you. How we treat your home and business is as if it was our own mother’s home; and she doesn’t play when it comes to her home. Well we understand that, and we promise not only to treat you with respect, but also your home or business, and everything that comes with that. Thank you so much for taking the time to read up about myself and my company, and yes, we would love a chance to work for you. Sincerely, Charles Haynes CEO.

Before

When considering whether or not your project is a good fit for cabinet refacing, consider the following questions:

Q: Are the cabinets in fair–great condition? Poor condition cabinetry may not be worth the money it would cost to reface. Structurally sound cabinets in good condition would be a great candidate for cabinet refacing. Warped or water damaged cabinetry can sometimes be poor candidates.

Q: Are you happy with the existing countertops? Removing existing countertops, means this is an opportunity for new cabinetry. New cabinetry has a variety of benefits, without much more of an expense. Cabinet refacing can be just as costly as new cabinetry in many cases. When you consider what a refacing is; you’re replacing all the exterior of a cabinet, and you’re doing this within someone’s home or business. Many times you’re also replacing the interior and exterior hardware as well.

Q: Should I just refinish my existing cabinetry? Refinishing the existing cabinetry may be the least expensive option you have, depending on the condition and material of your existing cabinetry.

Q: How long does it take to reface my cabinets? Cabinet refacing is a much faster, less

New Drawers & Slides (yes/no)

invasive process, cutting down time to almost zero. A medium sized kitchen reface can take 3-5 days typically.

Step 7

Q: How does refacing effect the environment? Refacing saves the planet! By refacing you

Benefits of new, fully customizable cabinetry: n When starting from scratch you can choose any style (frameless, standard face frame, inset doors face frame), and design literally anyway you/we can think of. Designers and General Contractors love us because we deliver happy customer for them. But many times, we are working directly for the home or business owner. We engineer your style and finish, into your existing space. n New cabinetry means new cabinet boxes. Our boxes are fully engineered from scratch, and produces with CNC technology. That means every hole, every dado, every function of your new cabinet boxes is precise to the mm. Our boxes are typically built (with any material the customer chooses) with ¾” thick materials, assembled with dowels, dados, and confirmat screws. Every cabinet has full backing, and a solid top (including our base cabinets. We have a saying, “you can build as good of a box as us, but you cannot build a better box”. These boxes are of top tier quality, and are built to last, regardless of material chosen. n Smooth functionality. When you start from scratch, we can engineer all you bells and whistles seamlessly into your design. Whether that is soft-closing trash cans and utility pullouts; or Aventos lift up doors by the touch. We can offer the most functional cabinetry on the market, because we have no limitations.

FAQ’s of new, fully customizable cabinetry: Q: How long is the process? First we start with your design work and customized samples, made just for you. Typically this can be done with days, and typically completed within 1-2 weeks. BUT, we are dependent on your feedback once we have emailed over your design work. If it takes you days/weeks/months to respond, then clearly that time table changes. Once the design and samples are completed, and the customer has approved them, most projects can be completed in 3-8 weeks, depending on the size/ finish/complexity of the project.

Q: Do you have a showroom?

Yes, we have a very unique sample studio set up that is very educational, informative, and helpful in understanding your options, and making final decisions.

Q: Can someone come to my home or business and give me a quote? Yes, our consultants will come right to your home or business, and most times, offer you pricing options on the spot, and have the ability to sign contracts and get your project off the ground within minutes, not days or weeks like most contractor companies in this business.

Q: Do you offer a warranty? Yes, we offer a 5 year limited warranty on all aspects of your delivered and installed product. Only limited to customer damage. If something goes wrong, we are here for you. And even if the 5 year mark comes to pass, we are still here to help you, many times with zero or very low charges.

Q: Is your company licensed and insured? Yes, Haynes Cabinet Design was originally licensed in 2007 license number 896914. In 2017 the business was incorporated under the name LTLC INC. License number 1051574 (this is our currently active license). So all our insurance, workers comp, and licensing is shown under the name LTLC INC, DBA Haynes Cabinet Design.
