During my period at Accenture Technology Solutions I worked on several projects, including:

Client/Company: A national insurance company Project Duration: Feb. 2010 - March 2010 Project & Role Description: The purpose of the project is to improve the current ICT services of the client. The improvement will allow the client to face easily the changing market situations, improve the operational efficiency and to improve and rationalize the ICT services. To support the transformations a Cleva package is implemented. As part of the scope of the project is to have a load test campaign that will be performed on the Cleva package in order to make sure that the performance of the implemented solution is achieved. My responsibilities: To analyze and create the scripts in LoadRunner that will load the data to test the current application. I created also test documentation to represent the test result.


Client/Company: A large international packaging manufacturer Project Duration: Aug. 2009 - Oct. 2009 Project & Role Description: The purpose of the project was to have a single SAP platform common to all countries where the client is active. During the UK roll-out they discovered some issues in the material master data. They decided to create a “Swat” team in order to solve these problems. My responsibilities: Analyzing and documenting the client’s Materials creation using SAP (MM module) and Industry knowledge (packaging, chemicals, raw material). I was working mainly in the UK at different sites.

Client/Company: A large international brewery Project Duration: April 2008 - June 2009 Project & Role Description: As part of its vision, the client aims to become a more integrated organization following a large merger and kicked off the World Class Commercial Program (WCCP), a program devoted to define the client best ways of operating in the various markets the company is active. In the commercial area, the WCCS project has to ensure more standardization and commonality across the organization. The geographical scope are the “Cluster B” markets, including the non-order taking countries - such as the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Canada and Korea. The business areas in focus include POC Mapping & Routing, Field Sales Management, Telesales, Teleservices and Telemarketing, Pricing Governance, Structured Pricing and Trade Terms, Market Program Management and Target Setting & Variable Compensation. The key objective of this second phase is to prepare the Silver Deployment of the CAS application in Canada, roll out Quebec and Belgium. My responsibilities: Provided functional analysis of Customer, Equipment, Product Master Data and Reporting requiring experience in functional designs, the client’s system knowledge, CRM knowledge and strong CAS skills. Responsible to ensure all members of the development, testing and training team know the functional business requirements and translate that knowledge to build, testing, deployment activities and training the end users. I had to work alongside them in finding resolutions that fit with the business requirements during the delivery lifecycle. I was working very closely with the development, testing and training team in producing their deliverables. Furthermore I was coaching other members of the team and assisting them in further developing their skills. Managed a team of 3 people from the reporting development team during the functional design, the development phase and testing. I was working mainly from Milan and Mauritius.


Client/Company: A large international bank Project Duration: Aug. 2007 - March 2008 Project & Role Description: Developing a customer report for the client’s portfolio clients for their Headquarters in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands. My responsibilities: Development of Customer Reporting and related pre-requisite tasks (detailed analysis, mock-up creation, contact with the business and the marketing dept) Definition of business requirements and design (functional and technical) of customer and rebalancing report - AS-IS Analysis of old IBN customer report - Development of new customer reporting in Actuate - Development of new rebalancing report in Actuate - Implementation of some change requests on the customer report (benchmarking, fee statement, header texts...) Comparison analysis between Belgian and Dutch client report - Correction of some bugs for Belgian reports (daily cash report and performance report). Tools used are Actuate and Triple A.

Client/Company: The largest provider of domestic and cross-border settlement for bond, equity, fund and derivative transactions Project Duration: Nov. 2005 - July 2007 Project & Role Description: Maintenance on client’s mainframe. My responsibilities: I was analyzing and wherever needed making changes or creating new programs to meet the expectations of the end user. My main tasks consisted in delivering Maintenance Requests (ECR) and specifically to work on the design, the build and the testing parts. The used tools are PL1, Cobol, Telon, Automaton and CICS.
