Benefits of drinking water
70% of the human body is made out of water. Your blood, lungs, and brain all contain water. Lack of water in your system might have a negative impact on those organs. Water is responsible to transport oxygen to cells, nutrients to organs, and also detoxifies you body.
Reduces risks of cancer
Yes exercising is time consuming and you would rather spend your free time relaxing, but exercising doesn’t only mean going to the gym and working out for 1-‐2 hours. 30 minutes of walking everyday is enough. Walking is necessary for blood flow in your body and moves your muscles. It also reduces the chance of getting cancer, stroke, heart disease, and diabetes.
Avoid eating from fast food restaurants as much as possible, but if you had to pick something that is fresh like a salad, or fruits. Fast food is full of unnecessary fats which cause weight gain, and in some cases heart problems. Eat fresh homemade food its safer and better for your health.
Take 5 minutes every morning and put the fruits you love with some ice in the blender. Juice is known for increasing energy, so instead of drinking energy drinks which have side effects on your health … drink juice, its full of energy, gives you a better looking skin, and a better health.
Try substituting some of the regular things you eat by something healthier. Buy low-‐fat or skimmed dairy products instead of full-‐fat, use virgin olive oil for cooking instead of the cooking oil, and also try to adding fruits and vegetables in everything you eat as much as possible.
