OVERVIEW The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes, including recruitment, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, talent management and other daily operation activities with minimal supervision. At all times the HR Manager will comply with the stipulated laws as well as school’s policies and procedures. The HR Manager reports directly to the Business Manager and will work closely with the Head of School, Heads of Section, and other Administration Managers. The HR Manager will also have regular contact with teaching and support staff and the Nobel Education Network Headquarters. The HR Manager is a senior member of the Administration Team. RESPONSIBILITIES      

Be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Plan and manage and monitor human resources costs Handle private insurances (international healthcare plan, accident insurance for staff and students) Liaise with Nobel Head Quarter for monthly conference calls, reports, Leadership Management Program, Teacher Exchange Program, etc. Undertake other duties pertinent to the scope of the position as required

REQUIREMENTS      

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field At least 5-year experience as same position in an educational environment, preferably international schools In-depth knowledge of labour law, social insurance law and HR Best practices People oriented and results driven Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the school Ability to function strongly as an individual and as a member of a team Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills Excellent spoken and written English skills Strong organizational abilities and time/people management skills, including the ability to succeed in a busy and fast paced environment Ability to stay calm under pressure, to be flexible to handle unexpected circumstances Open-minded, proactive and self-motivated with plenty of initiative Page 1 of 2
