The program’s primary goals are as follows: i. Reduce levels of dangerous and destructive drinking among first year college students by providing personalized and normative feedback about individual student’s choices about alcohol. ii. Strengthen a culture of safety & health by reducing harms and providing customized Tulane resources for support.
Complete the eCHECKUP TO GO exercise (this will take about 60 minutes) and then write a reflection about how you feel your perspective on alcohol consumption and use compares to that of: a. the “typical” Tulane student, the “typical” tourist visiting New Orleans and/or the “typical” New Orleanian.

Discuss a particular meal and/or restaurant, taking into consideration: •How does this eating experience represent New Orleans culture as we are studying it? •Does this venue market itself as New Orleanian? •In the case of a restaurant, what makes this restaurant different from a chain restaurant and what, if anything surprised you about this place?
