I felt blessed to see bees working busily among the corn that I had planted. Corn is wind pollinated and its pollen is not sticky. When in contact with bees, the pollen flutters away freely like the petals of flowers. Although corn does not rely on bees for pollination, pollen that is attached to the bees can still be collected and used as food.
