University Club Foundation • University Club Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports Central Florida college-level scholarship programs. the foundation donates $50,000 a year to Central Florida universities & colleges to qualifying students. FAMU of Law, University of Central Florida, Rollins College, Valencia State College, and Seminole State College. • Donor Charter: To promote education and the attendance of proper persons at institutions of higher aid and assist financially worthy students while seeking education.

Corporate Membership This membership category is for small or large companies wanting to provide membership for their Executives or Associate Executives. The category carries monthly dues of $125.00 as long as the sponsoring Member remains a Regular Member. The Corporate Membership does not include voting or ownership privileges and can Upgrade their category at any time. Requirements of Corporate Category: 1.) All Corporate Members must be from the same company. 2.) There must be 3 Regular members at all times, in good standing, who own stock or are paying toward the purchase of their stock upon the recruiting of any other members under the Corporate Membership umbrella. 3.) If any Regular Members resign, then the Corporate members must upgrade on the next billing cycle. Corporate Membership applications require the same vetting process as all other Membership Categories: 1.) Complete Membership Application with Sponsor 2.) Presented to Board for Posting Approval 3.) Must be Posted for General Membership Review for at least 10 Days 4.) Presented to Board for Final Approval 5.) Upon Final Approval, Applicant must accept the invitation for Membership and attend our Right Start Orientation with the Club Management

Pro Tem Membership Membership Applicant must be sponsored by a Regular Member in Good Standing with the University Club of Orlando. Resigned Club Members may apply for Membership under the Pro Tem membership, provided they left the Club in good standing prior to January 1, 2010*. Introductory Membership with monthly dues of $135.00 for the first year of membership. Upon the 13th month you will automatically convert to the Regular Financed Category. *The option to pay the stock purchase in full to Upgrade to Regular Membership is available upon request. Pro Tem Memberships will be granted on a first come basis as this category is allowed up to 100 Members. The Pro Tem Membership does not include voting or ownership privileges.
