IMAGINE Brainerd will serve as a roadmap for the city over the course of the next 10 years. The plan elements within IMAGINEbrainerd address future land use, transportation, parks, the environment, housing, among others. This plan for Brainerd will be used to guide land use decisions, influence subdivision and zoning ordinances, support capital improvement programs, and aid in determining the timing and location of future growth. All land use decisions will be driven by the vision statement and a set of guiding principles – all formed through the voices of residents!
