Do you see what I see? It’s not just the eyes that see but our brains do too.


Do you see what I see? I feel the excitement. I can hear the other children playing.


Do you see what I see? I feel the wind and can smell the bitter sweet scent of the sakura (cherry blossoms) long before we reach them.

Do you see what I see? I can feel how delicate they are when I pick them up.


Do you see what I see? I can taste the sakura but they don’t taste like cherries at all.


You can have them in a tea called

sakura-ya.


You can have them with their leaves too as in sakura-mochi.


That’s my favorite.


Do you see what I see? Because your eyes can see but so does the rest of me.
