Primena

Se primenuva za zalevawe na ankerni plo~i,turbini,kranski gredi, ma{ini, agregati, reparacija na betonski i armirano - betonski elementi pri potreba od rani jakosni karakteristiki,zalevawe na ankeri,obrabotka na rabotni spojnici vo podovi, ispolna na prodori vo betonski i armirano - betonski yidovi i me|ukatni konstrukcii. Pripremata e so ma{insko me{awe na EKSCEM so voda vo koli~ina 7:1 (te`inski delovi). Vreme na me{awe e 2 – 3 minuti, do celosno homogenizirawe na masata i izdna~ena konzistencija. Po odle`uvawe na masata od 3 – 5 min. i povtorno prome{uvawe, materijalot e spremen za vgraduvawe.

Priprema i vgraduvawe

Podlogata mora da bide ~ista bez prisustvo na nevrzani delovi, pra{ina, masni fleki i dobro namokrena. Vgraduvaweto e so zalevawe (ankeri, rabotni spojnici i sl.) i podlevawe za ispolna na prostor pome|u dva elementa (ankerni plo~i, turbini, agregati,itn).Pri vraduvawe na materijalot za reparacija na konstruktivni elementi mo`no e dodavawe na pokrupno polnilo so predhodna konsultacija so proizvoditelot. Otvoreno vreme za rabota e do 20 minuti vo zavisnost od uslovite na okolinata.

Application

It is used for grouting anchor plates,turbines,crane’s beams,machines,aggregates, reparation of concrete and reinforced concrete elements when early strength characteristics are necessary,grouting anchors,preparation - treatment of operational joints on floors, infilling runs in concrete and reinforced concrete walls and floors. The material is prepared by mechanical mixing of EKSCEM with water in a quantity 7:1 (weight parts). It is prepared mechanically in order to avoid penetration of air in the mixture. Mixing time is 2 - 3 minutes, up to entire homogenizing of the compound and uniform consistence.Upon maturing of the mass 3 to 5 minutes and mixing it again, the material is ready for building in.

Preparation and building in

The base must be clean without presence of non-cohesive parts, dust, oil stains and water saturated. Building in is carried out with grouting (anchors, joints, etc.), and pouring for filling the space between two elements (anchor plates, turbines, aggregates, etc.). For building in of the material for reparation of structural elements it is possible to add more coarse filler with previous consultancy with the manufacturer. Open time for work is up to 20 minutes, depending on the conditions of the environment.

Preparation and building incorporation

Building in is carried out in a conventional way as for micro concrete for preparation of floor surfaces. If the material is built in over existing concrete base, preparation of the same is necessary. Preparation includes removing of the entire incoherent material and dirt, dampening of the same up to complete saturation (filling of the pores) and application of primer based on cement and acrylat PRIMER “C”. Open working time is up to 20 minutes, depending on the conditions of the environment.

ºº PRIMER “C” presents two - component material based on polymer cement for preparation of concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces during execution of works on repairs, recognized through:  High   adhesion on concrete and reinforced concrete base  Compatible   with all cement mixtures  Ability   for penetration and stabilization of the base  Non   toxic It is used for preparation of the existing base at works on repairs in construction building, civil engineering and hydroconstruction, as well as anti - corrosive protection of the reinforcement. The basic purpose is enabling of good layer between the existing base and the next layers from cement or polymer - cement mortars. The material is prepared by mechanical mixing of “A” and “B” component in proportion 2:1 (weight parts), if it is not otherwise indicated on the packing. Mixing time is up to complete homogenization of the mixture. It is applied with brush by circular rubbing in the base. Previously, the base must be cleaned from eventually bounded or unbounded corrosion. Application on the next layers is carried out over unbounded layer of PRIMER “C” in the base.

SIREP ”S” nao|a primena pri sanacija na segregirani i degradirani betonski i armirano-betonski povr{ini kaj mostovi, potporni yidovi, armirano-betonski ogradi, meliorativni sistemi, objekti od hidrogradba, bazeni, rezervoari , pisti i sl. Priprema na materijalot SIREP “S“ e so ma{insko me{awe so voda vo odnos 4:1 (te`inski delovi ) do celosno homogenizirawe na me{avinata.

Priprema i vgraduvawe

Podlogata mora da bide cvrsta i navla`neta,~ista bez prisustvo na nekoherenten materijal, pra{ina, masni fleki, degradiran materijal i sl. Preku vla`na podloga bez prisustvo na vidna voda se nanesuva prajmer PRAJMER ”C” so ~etka. Na nevrzan prajmer se vgraduva pripremeniot materijal po metodologija na klasi~no malterisuvawe vo edna ili dve rabotni operacii. Debelina na prviot sloj se dvi`i do 2 sm. Za slednite sloevi nema potreba od nanesuvawe na prajmer. Optimalna temperatura za vgraduvawe e 8 - 100S a maksimalna 300S. Pri sanacija na povr{ini izlo`eni na direktni son~evi zraci (letno vreme) i zgolemena cirkulacija na vozduh (veter , promaja) po`elna e za{tita.

SIREP ”S” is used for repairing of segregated and degraded concrete and reinforced concrete surfaces at bridges, retaining walls, reinforced concrete fences, land reclamation systems, structures within hydro-construction, pools (ponds), reservoirs, runways, etc. Preparation of the material SIREP “S” is carried out by mechanical mixing with water in proportion 4 : 1 (weight parts),up to entire homogenization of the compound.

Preparation and building in

The base must be clean, without presence of non-coherent material, dust, oil stains, degraded material,etc., hard and dampened. Over wet base without presence of visible water,primer PRAJMER “C” is applied with brush. Prepared material is built in on unhardened primer according to the methodology of classical plastering in one or two working operations. Thickness of the first coat is up to 2 cm. For the next layers there is no need of applying primer. Optimum temperature for building in is 8 – 10оС, and max. is 30оС. Protection is recommended during repairing of surfaces exposed on direct sunrays (in summer time) and increased air circulation (wind and draft).

ºº SI^EP predstavuva instantno brzovrzuva~ko sredstvo za efikasno zatnuvawe na prodori od voda i se karakterizira so:    Odli~na prionlivost za podlogata    Rani jakostni karakteristiki    Ne e toksi~en SI^EP e gotov proizvod vo pra{kasta sostojba koj po me{aweto so voda mo`e da se upotrebi. Vakvata pojava na voda naj~esto se javuva vo podrumski prostorii na mesta so visoki podzemni vodi, tuneli, rovovi, skrivnici, rezervoari vkopani vo zemja, razni prodori kaj hidrotehni~ki objekti i dr. Priprema na materijalot e so me{awe na SI^EP so voda so konzistencija na me{avinata pogodna za mesewe so raka. Prigotvenata masa od SI^EP se obrabotuva so raka se dodeka ne se po~ustvuva poka~uvawe na temperaturata na smesata i vo toj moment se vtisnuva vo mestoto na prodor na vodata. Priprema i vgraduvawe

Ako prodorot e aktiven na pogolema povr{ina vo pogolema koli~ina, treba da se nastojuva da se skoncentrira na edno mesto preku fiksiran dren koj naj~esto se postavuva vo sredinata a aktivnite prodori se zatnuvaat od kraevite prema sredinata (se brka vodata prema sredinata kade e fiksiran drenot). SICHEP QUCK-SETTING COMPOUND FOR EFFECTIVE SEALING OF ACTIVE WATER PENETRATIONS ºº SICHEP presents instantly quick-setting (rapid-hardening) agent for effective blocking of water penetrations and it`s characterize with:

Application

   Excellent adhesion to the base    Early strength characteristics    Non toxic SICHEP is readymade product in powdery condition,which can be used after mixing with water. At temperature of 200C and depending on the consistency, the bonding time of SICHEP is 30 – 60 sec. At low temperatures the bonding time is extended. If it is necessary to achieve shorter bonding time, it is enabled by heating the water with which it is prepared at t = 25 - 300C. SICHEP is used to prevent water penetrations which occur as active flowing or in a form of tearing. This occurrence of water, most often appears in basement spaces at places with high underground waters, tunnels, ditches, shelters, reservoirs buried in the ground, various penetrations at hydro-technical structures, etc. The material is prepared by mixing of SICHEP with water with consistency of the compound appropriate for molding with hand.Prepared compound from SICHEP is treated by hand until increasing of the compound’s temperature is felt and in that moment it is pressed - attached in the place of water penetration.Attached compound is hold with hand with permanent pressing until sufficient hardness is achieved in order it can resist rinsing i.e. removing from the active water penetration. Such holding usually lasts 3 - 5 minutes at temperature of 22oC.

Preparation and building in (incorporation)

If the penetration is active on larger surface in bigger quantity,an effort should be given to be concentrated on one place through fixed drain which most often is placed in the middle and active holes are sealed from the ends toward the middle (the water is discharged toward the middle where the drain is fixed).After sealing of all holes, sealing of the hole over the drain is performed. If there is an occurrence of water in a form of tearing on bigger surface,then dry SICHEP is sprinkled over the wet surface and by controlled rubbing with hand in the wet base self-sealing is obtained. Since it is a quick-setting agent,an attention should be paid on the quantity which is prepared, i.e. quantity that can be built in for 20 - 40 seconds from the moment of adding of the water in the powdery component. Using of rubber gloves is required.

Preparation and building in

Building in depends on the size of the crack.If building in of INJKTING BNP is carried out mechanically with injector with compressed air, INJKTING BNP is built in through fixed small injection pipes placed in previously created grip and fixed with rapid-hardening (quick-setting) compound SICHEP. Infilling the gap of the created grip is carried out with mortar for reparations SIREP “S”. Registered pressure is from 0,5 to 3 bars depending on the width and depth of the cracks. Duration of the incorporation is while the injection compound has not appeared over the next small injection pipe. If building in of the INJKTING BNP is with self-spreading of the compound, the compound that is under continuous mixing is incorporated through funnel until there is a flow of compound in the crack. Incorporation on temperatures lower than +5оС and higher than +30оС is not recommended.

INJECTION COMPOUND FOR STRUCTURAL STRENGTHENING ºº INJEKTING “E” is two-component compound with low-viscosity based on epoxide resin for structural strengthening of reinforced concrete elements.It is characterized with: Characteristics - properties

Very often it is applied in surface and depth stabilization of concrete floor surfaces. INJEKTING “E” is prepared by mechanical mixing of “A” and “B” component with electric mixer with 600 revolutions in minute.

Preparation and building in

Building in is carried out with injectors under pressure of 1 to 3 bars, through small injection pipes placed on distance between them from 20 to 40 cm, depending on the cracks dimensions and their depth. Small injection pipes are placed in previously created grip and fixed with SICHEP. The space between the small injection pipes is filled with thixotropic high early strength epoxide mortar. Optimum temperature is 150C to 250C, and at lower temperature than 80C it is recommended to heat the components,while at higher temperatures they should be cooled. Cleaning of the tools and the equipment is carried out with solvent “P”.

INJEKTING SM-5 INJEKTION COMPOUND FOR STRENGTHENING STONE AND BRICKS MASONRY Characteristics - properties

ºº INJEKTING SM-5 presents one-component compound in powdery condition based on lime, pozzolana, inert fillers, additives.   Bulk density.......................................1450 – 1550 kg/m3   Non toxic It is widely applied in repairing – strengthening of stone masonry in cultural - historical structures, built with compact or loose masonry, for:   Treatment of cracks   Structural strengthening of particular parts of the structure for increasing the resistance on static and dynamic loadings   Non - structural strengthening for treatment of damages caused from atmospheric influences through filling the pores of the stone and brick masonry Preparation is carried out by mixing of INJEKTING SM-5 with water in proportion 1 : 0.7 (weight parts). The mixing is with electric mixer. INJEKTING SM-5 is gradually added in previously prepared necessary quantity of water and it`s mixed with electric mixer up to uniform consistency of the compound. Prepared compound has to be built in for 30-60 minutes, depending on the external temperature. Preparation of the base is carried out with cut gripping of the existing extension joints. Depending on the thickness of the masonry and the purpose of grouting,a disposition of the small injection pipes is made, which are fixed with SICHEP (rapid - hardening - quick - setting material) according to the following disposition:

  For treatment of cracks up to 5 mm at distance of 25 – 30 cm   For treatment of cracks from 5 – 10 mm at distance of 30 – 50 cm   For structural injecting at mutual distance of 30 cm in horizontal and vertical direction   For non-structural injecting at distance of 30 - 40 cm   The gap of the created grips is filled with cement or lime mortar according to the requirements of the design documentation Removing the dust from the base is made by dampening and washing through the small injection pipes. After 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the temperature conditions, injection is carried out with previously prepared INJEKTING SM-5 with injector under pressure of 1 -2 atmospheres dependent on the type of strengthening and porosity of the stone masonry. After setting of the injecting material the small injection pipes are removed. Injection on temperatures lower than +5оС and higher than +35оС is not recommended.

Application of SIPOD should begin immediately after the concrete substrate has set up to a degree when a worker could move upon it, stepping-on leaves footprints 3 to 6 mm deep. Building in of SIPOD is made manually, applied in two to three working phases,where in first phase,after complete darkening of the material as a consequence of moisture absorption from the concrete, it is necessary to begin with impressing and levelling into the substrate where workers use wooden skimmers, while the open area is treated with rotary machines - floating “choppers” with a metal plate. After skimming the first coating remaining of the material is uniformly throw and since the water from the new coating is absorb levelling of the substrate starts,second and third fase.

Application

SIFLEKS is used for waterproofing (reservoirs for drinking water and technological water, sanitary facilities, underground parts of buildings, manholes, shelters, catch pits, open and closed channels, retaining walls, tunnels, etc.), protection of concrete and reinforced concrete structures (from atmospheric and aggressive influences from the frost melting agents on bridge structures’ elements, cooling towers,etc.). The material is prepared by mechanical mixing of the “А“ and “B“ components in proportion 3:1 (weight parts) up to complete homogenization of the compound. Powdery component SIFLEKS “А“ is added in the liquid SIFLEKS “B“ component by constant mixing. Upon maturing of the mass 10 minutes and mixing it again,the material is ready for building in.

Preparation and building in

SIFLEKS is applied on hard, smooth base which is well cleaned from unbound parts, juts, dust, oil spots, incoherent and degraded material. Low wetness on the base doesn’t disturb the final quality.Over prepared base SIFLEKS is applied with. The second and the third layer is applied in time interval of 24 hours. Total thickness of the layer is from 1.5 to 2.0 mm. The most favorable temperature for building in the material is from +5oC to +30oC. It is not allowed to expose the coat on rain or on direct sun in the initial 8 hours.

Consumption

It depends on the surface roughness,usually 2 -2.5 kg/m2 for thickness of 1 mm.

Application of SIKOL on the elements has to be performed with notched spreader in thickness of 2-3 mm. For attaching light thermo - insulation material with notched spreader in one layer SIKOL is applied over hard base and then the light material is pressed in the layer of SIKOL. If it is used as a base for finishing treatment, the consumption is 7-8 kg/m2 for the both layers. Necessary time for preparation is 3 - 5 minutes, i.e. up to the complete homogenizing of the compound. Upon maturing of the prepared compound in duration of 10 minutes and mixing it again 1 - 2 minutes,the material is ready for building in.

Preparation and building in

The base must be properly cleaned by mechanical method (with steel brushes or with mechanical grinding) or wet or dry sandblasting,etc.,from non-cohesive parts, juts, dust, oil stains, soft-coherent and degraded material. Cleaned surfaces are washed with water under pressure from 150-180 bars. Deep damage of the base and segregated localities are treated with SIREP “S” (mortar for reparations). Over wet base (without presence of visible water) primer is applied (penetration) PRIMER “C” with medium-hard brush with circular rubbing in the base in uniform layer over the entire surface. Over unhardened (not set) penetration coat, the prepared compound from SIMAL “S” in thickness of 3-5 mm is applied with steel trowels. Open working time is 30 minutes from preparation of the material. Treated surface has to be protected from too fast evaporation of the water necessary for hydration, through dampening with water or by covering of the surfaces. Optimum temperature for building in is 10 – 20оС. Protection from possible freezing is necessary at lower temperatures.

It depends on roughness of the surface,usually 2 kg/m2 for thickness of 1 mm.

Characteristics - properties

Application

ººEURO-FUG ”EP”is three-component putty based on elasticized epoxide resin, recognized through:   Good adhesion on concrete, asphalt, metal and nonmetal base   Compressive strength from 25-35 MPa   Bending strength: 8.0-15.0 MPa   Density: 1400 - 1550 kg/m3   Resistant on aggressive media   Water-resistance and waterproofing   It is easy repaired at mechanical damage   Sufficient elasticity in order to enable working of the operating joint during shrinkage and widening due to the temperature changes   Sufficient strength characteristics in order to respond to the loadings from transport means (fork-lift trucks with rubber,plastic or metal wheels,trucks with bearing capacity of 1 – 50 tons,etc.) It is used for treatment of operating joints in industrial floors with heavy loadings, aggressive media,parking lots,etc. EURO-FUG ”EP” is prepared by mechanical mixing of the epoxide resin component “A”,component “B” and component “C” in proportion 1 : 0.6 : 1 (weight parts). After homogenization of the “A” and “B” components, the filler–component “C” is added gradually. Mixing time is minimum 3 minutes i.e. up to complete homogenization of the compound.

Preparation and building in

Building in of the material is carried out by pouring of the compound in the created joint or building in with hand gun.Prior to pouring of the compound,the joints have to be cleaned from dust with industrial vacuum cleaner(dust extraction unit). Open working time is 30 - 45 minutes at temperature of 22oC. Cleaning of the tools is carried out with solvent.

Primena

SINTEPAK nao|a primena kako le`i{ta na patni mostovi, potpatnici, natpatnici, za za{tita na hidroizolacija na vertikalni i horizontalni povr{ini kaj objekti od visoko, hidrogradba, patni i `elezni~ki mostovi. BEARINGS FOR BRIDGES WITH SPAN UP TO 30m Characteristics – properties

ºº SINTEPAK presents sheets (plates) with dimensions as ordered, based on micro-asphalt mixture from selected aggregate coated with polymer bitumen placed between two layers of bituminous paper.

Application

SINTEPAK is used as bearings on road bridges, underpasses, overpasses, for protection of waterproofing on vertical and horizontal surfaces at building construction, hydro-construction, road and railway bridges. They enable easy, simple and quick preparation of protection saving time and labor in spite of the conventional types of protection.

Preparation and building in

SINTEPAK sheets are placed immediately after application of the horizontal layer with rolling of the strips at the joints on the sheets, preventing the impressing of the aggregate from the asphalt into waterproofing, at road bridges, i.e. incoherent aggregate at railway bridges. Such protection system enables resistance on the braking forces and transmission of their influences over the sheet. SINTEPAK sheets can be easily cut and shaped with sharp knife, grinder etc., according to dimension on places where the sheets are connected with parapets and pipe gullies. SINTEPAK sheets which are used for bearings are shaped in various geometric surfaces according to the design documentation of the bridge.

Purpose and dimensions

Depending on the purpose, there are 3 / three / types of SINTEPAK:   SINTEPAK 8 with dimensions 100 x 200 x 0,8 cm, which purpose is protection of the waterproofing on the regional roads and all other waterproofings on structures from hydro and building construction.   SINTEPAK 10 with dimensions 100 x 200 x 1,0 cm, which purpose is protection of the waterproofing on the bridges at national roads.   SINTEPAK 12 with dimensions 100 x 200 x 1,2 cm, which purpose is protection of the waterproofing on the railway bridges.

Application

Preparation and building in (incorporation)

Areas of application are for levelling concrete and reinforced concrete for strengthening the constructive elements with carbon laminates and sheets. Reinforcement may only take place if the substrate has an inherent strength of at least 1.0 N/mm2 when strengthening with carbon sheet and at least 1.5 N/mm2 for strengthening with carbon lamina­tes. The substrate must be clean from substances which may impair adhesion(oil,grease,ect)and must aditionaly be dust free with max.humidity of 4%.If substrate is porous has to be impregnated with Primer “E”. The material is prepared by electric mixer 500-600 turns in minute of component “A”and “B” and fil­ler - component “C” is added gradually.ratio 1:0,8:1,6 (weight parts). Primena

SI-KARBON “L” specijalno dizajniran za lepewe na karbonski traki na beton i ~elik na mesta koi se podlo`ni na pritisok, so karakteristiki za da se zadovolat posebnite barawata za zajaknuvawe pri {to mora da postoi mo`nost za prenesuvawe na silite od trkata na povr{inata koja e optovarena preku adhezivniot materijal. Zajaknuvaweto mo`e da se izvr{i ako podlogata na koja treba da se lepat trakite ima jakost na istegnuvawe najmalku 1,5 N/mm2. Taa mora da bide ~ista od supstanci koi mo`e da ja zagrozat athezijata(pra{ina, uqe, maslo, itn) i suva (maksimalna vla`nost do 4%). Site neramnini pred postavuvawe na karbon­ski­te traki treba da se niveliraat so SI - KARBON “N”, so {to se spre~uva poja­va­ta na deformacii koi bi se javile pod pritisok. ^isteweto na podlogata prepo­ra~­­livo e da bide po mehani~ki pat so {temawe, brusewe ili peskarawe.

Priprema i vgraduvawe

Priprema na materijalot e so elektri~en me{a~ so 500 - 600 obrtai vo minuta na epoksidnata smola komponenta “A” i komponenta “B” vo odnos 1:0,64 (te`inski delovi). Vremeto na me{awe e minimum 3 min., odnosno do celosno homogenizirawe na masata. Pred nanesuvawe na SI - KARBON “L” potrebno e povr{inata na trakata da bide is­~istena so rastvoruva~. Nanesuvaweto na SI-KARBON “L” e na gorniot del na kar­bonskata traka so debelina 2 mm. Dodeka SI - KARBON “L” e seu{te vo rabotna sos­tojba, potrebno e trakata da se stisne za podlogata so pomo{ na mal gumen vaq­ak se dodeka SI-KARBON “L” ne se istisne od dvete strani. Debelinata na SI - KARBON “L”se dvi`i od 1-3 mm. Po vrzuvaweto na SI-KARBON “L”, proverka dali trakata e dobro zalepena se vr{i so tapkawe po samata traka. Otvoreno vreme za rabota e 30 min na temperatura od 22oS. ^istewe na alatot e so rastvoruva~.

Application

SI-CARBON “L” is designed specifically to satisfy the special requirements for stren­gh­tenig the concrete and steel with carbon laminate, where must be possible to transmit the tensile forces from the laminates to the load bearing substrate troght the adhesive. Reinforcement may only take place if the substrate for the laminates has an inhe­rent strength of at least 1.5 N/mm2.The substrate must be clean from substances which may impair adhesion(dust free, oil, grease, ect) with max.humi­di­ty of 4%.Any unevenness in the substrate must be eliminated before lamina­tes are fitted with SI-KARBON “N”.This operation is essential to prevent any def­lection forces arising under tension.Mechanical processing(cleaning) of the subs­trate is always important and should be done with the usual metods such as grinding, milling, sandblasting ect.

Preparation and building in (incorporation)

The material is prepared by electric mixer 500 - 600 turns in minute of component “A”and “B”ratio 1:0,64 (weight part). Mixing time is minimum 3 minutes, i.e. up to complete homogenization of the compound. Before the SI - CARBON “L” is applied, the surface of the laminate must be cleaned with a solvent. Apply SI-CARBON “L” uniformly onto the laminate in a layer approx. 2mm thick. With­in the time the SI-CARBON “L” remains workable, press the laminate into the layer of adhesive previously applied and bed it in uniformly with a pressure roller until adhesive is pressed out of the joint on both sides. Thickness of SI - CARBON “L” is from 1 - 3mm. After the SI - CARBON “L” has hardened, check the bon­ding over the entire area by tapping. Open working time is 30 minutes at temperature of 22oC. Cleaning of the tools is carried out with solvent.
